The Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC) is immediately in energy. This has become a code that requires an initial qualification for fresh drivers and for existing drivers to participate in 35 hours of training over a period of five years. The actual training is not a average check and can be delivered in many ways; there is no qualification to be handed outside at the end as the qualification is only based on attendance.
